I am looking to sublease a room that can be shared by two people or a single person as well in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for summer 2015 (1st MAY to 1st AUG). The apartment is fully furnished with coffee tables, kitchen table, lamps, fans, couch, study tables, and has all the utilities like microwave, oven, washer, dryer, heater/AC, refrigerator. My room has two study tables, two separate single beds, two private closet and a private bathroom. The apartment is right next to Papa Johns and nearby Rocky mountain pizza, pizza hut, Mc Donalds, Dominos and other eateries. Altantic station is also 10 mins away by walking where there are multiple restaurants, shopping outlets and a movie theater as well. MARTA bus stop and Georgia tech stingerette and stinger stops are only few meters from the apartment. It is also very close to the Georgia tech campus (takes me 5 mins to walk to the campus daily). The street is pretty safe and continuously patrolled by the Georgia tech police. The surrounding area is very green and peaceful. The rent is $800 for the whole room, if two people share it then it will be $400 per person.
